To deliver real client projects in web development, data, and marketing, we actively hire interns to work on live industrial and IT projects under expert mentorship. Our internships offer practical, team-based learning in a company-style environment — helping students gain true industry exposure while contributing to real tasks.

Why Students Often Miss Real Industry Exposure:
Many college students want to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience — but they often don’t know where to begin, which company to trust, or how to get into real project work. As a result, they end up with only theoretical knowledge and miss out on key practical skills that companies look for.
To solve this, Progrentures Solutions has built an internship system that supports both experienced candidates and those who want to learn from scratch.

Internship Models for Students:
We offer three internship pathways, allowing flexibility based on a student’s knowledge level and career goals:

1 Unpaid Internship Plan (For Students with Prior Knowledge or Hands-On Experience)
This plan is ideal for students who already have a basic understanding or experience in their chosen domain (e.g., from previous internships, training, or personal projects).
Selection Process:
Students must appear for a two-step interview process
- Round 1 – Telephonic Interview
- Round 2 – Virtual Interview (If eligible)
Based on interview performance, selected candidates will receive a Free Internship Offer.
How It Works:
- No formal training is provided in this plan.
- Students are added to live company projects and assigned specific modules within a team.
- They must Collaboratively complete assigned tasks under real deadlines and structure.
- A Completion Certificate is provided only after successful completion of tasks.
- Experience Certificate is performance-based, awarded only if the intern meets our quality expectations.
Stipend Opportunity in Free Internship:
- During the internship, if the student’s performance stands out, stipend support may be offered mid-internship.
- If we find the intern suitable, further projects or stipend-based offers may be extended directly by the company.
Note: The initial mandatory duration is 1 month, but students can extend their internship for added experience.

2 Stipend-Based Internship (Based on Experience)
Skilled students are offered stipend-based roles where their contributions are aligned with our client projects and internal company work.
- Interviews are conducted again to evaluate deeper skills and accuracy.

3 Training Program + Internship (Part of Progrentures’ SMS Program – Ideal for Beginners Who Want to Learn & Grow)

We understand that many students struggle to gain real-world experience during their academic years, mainly because they don’t know where to start, which company to approach, or how to get hands-on project exposure. Due to this gap, even passionate students often miss out on essential learning that could shape their future.
To solve this, Progrentures Solutions™ has designed a special Training Program + internship plan for students who may not have prior technical knowledge or experience but are eager to learn, work in a team, and build industry-relevant skills.
Enrollment Process:
- Select Your Domain of Interest
- Enroll by Paying the Training Fee (With or Without SMS Program) – (details below)
- Receive Offer Letter, Payment Receipt & SMS Welcome Letter (if applicable) within 24 hours of enrollment
- Wait for Your Batch Assignment – You’ll be notified about your batch start date shortly after enrollment.
- Begin Your Training + Internship Journey under expert guidance and team mentorship (Also Counts Under SMS Program if Enrolled)

Training Fee Structure (For Learning Support & Mentorship Only)
This training-based structure is meant for students who want to learn a domain from scratch and work on guided projects with mentor support. It is not a fee for an internship, but rather for technical training and learning assistance.
Standard Training Plans (For Direct Training-Only Enrollments):

Note: This structure is applicable only if you’re enrolling directly for domain training only (without SMS Program).
Important Clarification for Students:
- This training is not a paid internship. You are not paying to get an internship.
- The internship remains completely free and is assigned based on your performance after training.
- Paying this fee gives you access to training, learning materials, and technical mentorship, not a guaranteed internship offer.
- If your performance during the training is strong, you will be moved into a project-based internship role without any extra cost.

After Enrollment:
- Students receive their Offer Letter and Payment Receipt within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Certificates (Completion + Experience) are awarded only after our internal mentors verify that the student has completed training and project assignments successfully.

Training Under SMS Program (Recommended Path):
If you’re enrolling as part of the SMS Program, this same domain training is included as part of your SMS learning track. In this case:
- Base SMS Program Fee is separate.
- You only pay ₹1199 additionally for your selected domain training
